After I had my website up and running for a while, I was still waiting for customers to come. Nothing happened for a few months. Then I started talking to the pros in the field, and my friends. They told me I need to get "Search Engine Optimization" done, and to have back links so that search engines should recognize and optimize my website. When I contacted with professional companies, their services were out of my budget. I started learning little by little on the web myself. Then I found out a new way of getting customers. I found that there are many websites that allow you to list your products and services, and sell your  products and services on their portals. Some of them are totally free, some of them charge only when something gets sold. Some of them have permanent listings, some of them need you to renew every now and then.

I started listing few of my products on each of them. And it resulted in increased visibility of my website, and increased sale on my website. Because in each of these listings, I provided back link to my own website.

Once paid, you will receive a pdf in your email with web addresses of the sites that I am using and that I have collected in the last four years. It does not include listing service. You will need to do it yourself manually on each website as I have been doing.
