The format for the files can be either pdf or jpeg only. We can resize the image for you to fit inside the key chains. As you can see from the picture below their are 2 sizes of key chains. The first size is suitable for an image of 2.57 inches (height) by 1.57 inches (width) The secons size is a bit larger for bigger pictures. It can hold an image of approximately 2.5 inches (width) by 3.5 inches (height). Keychains arer made in Taiwan.
A minimum order of 3 dozens is compulsory and the prices vary with the design. If you wish the image to appear on both sides, an additional charge may apply. We can also design the items for you at a minute $30 cost. A cost of $4 per keychain for the 2.57 inches (height) by 1.57 inches (width) image is the average cost. An average cost of $6 per keychain applies to images of approximately 2.5 inches (width) by 3.5 inches (height). The prices quoted above include double side imaging so the same image is printed both sides. A $10 template charge is added to all designs.

We now offer a special service for custom steam press orders. Their are 2 paper lengths.
The Standard 8 by 11 paper. And 8 by 19 paper. The prices vary significantly with the design and style. We have a designer on hand who can design professional images to suit your needs. Additional charges may apply. If you have your own designs please submit them to sales@cottonmine.com for a price quotation. The designs have to be in jpeg or pdf file formats.
Simple designs with only wording on white T Shirts cost $7.50 a piece. More elaborate designs on colored Tshirts cost more depending on the design. An additional charge of $25 for the template applies. All designs and styles are heat transfers only. We do not provide silk screening or air brushing services at this time.

* Custom orders are to be paid upfront in full amount before production starts. A minimum of 36 pieces for the order applies. We cannot be held responsible for damages after use or wearing. If their are defaults in the product upon arrival please call us the same or next day from delivery and we can make replacement arrangements.
